Walking Forward Together: Our Team at the 2026 MLK Parade

Honoring a legacy of justice, unity, and service — one step at a time.

There are moments that remind you why the work you do matters, not just inside the office, but out in the world, among your neighbors, your community, and your city. For our team, the 2026 Martin Luther King Jr. Parade was exactly that kind of moment. With bright spirits, proud steps, and hearts full of purpose, our representatives took to the streets to honor one of America's greatest champions of equality and justice.

From the energy in the air to the smiles exchanged with fellow marchers and onlookers lining the route, the day was nothing short of memorable. Our group walked together in the truest sense of the word, side by side, representing not only our company but the values we strive to embody every single day: community, compassion, and the belief that every voice deserves to be heard.

Representing our organization on the parade route were some of our finest, leaders, team members, and dedicated supporters who showed up with enthusiasm and pride.

The energy among our group was contagious. Laughter, conversation, and camaraderie filled every step of the route. Whether walking the parade stretch, navigating the crowd from behind the wheel, or riding alongside to keep spirits high, every single participant brought something special to the day. It is a testament to the kind of people that make up this team, individuals who show up not because they have to, but because they genuinely care.

Why This Parade Matters

The Martin Luther King Jr. Parade is far more than a march down a city street. It is a living tribute to the life, sacrifice, and enduring legacy of Dr. King, a man who dared to dream of a world built on equality, dignity, and love for all people. Observed each January, the parade brings together communities across the country to recommit themselves to the principles Dr. King championed: nonviolence, justice, civil rights, and service to others.

Participating in this event carries real weight. It is an opportunity to stand in solidarity with a rich and powerful history, to connect with the broader community, and to remind ourselves, and those watching, that the work Dr. King began is work that continues in each of us every day.

For our company, being present in this parade is an honor that extends far beyond the parade itself. It strengthens our ties to the local community, demonstrates our commitment to inclusion and equity, and sends a clear message to our neighbors that we are not just a business operating within these streets, we are a part of this community, invested in its people and its future.

As we reflect on this year's parade, we are filled with gratitude, for the opportunity to participate, for the team members who showed up and showed out, and for the community that welcomed us with open arms. Events like these are a powerful reminder that when people come together in the spirit of unity and remembrance, something truly beautiful happens.

We look forward to continuing this tradition, deepening our roots in the community, and carrying the spirit of Dr. King's dream into everything we do, not just in January, but throughout the entire year. Because honoring a legacy isn't a single-day event. It's a daily commitment.

Until next year, keep marching forward.
